Role: R-103189 – Unified Collaboration Support Engineer
Duration: 3 Months CTH (Contract-to-Hire)
Top Required Skills:
- Tier I–III support chops with tools like Zoom, Slack, Box, LucidSuite, SharePoint, Kaltura, Smartsheet, and Unily (Intranet)
- Deep understanding of collaboration managed services and platforms
- Proven track record using ServiceNow for incident and change management
- Crystal-clear communication and top-notch documentation skills
- 5–8+ years of street-smart experience in IT/Collaboration Support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for collaboration tools
- Partner with stakeholders to translate complex needs into killer technical solutions
- Own issues from start to finish, ensuring rock-solid SLA resolution
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and drive training/documentation efforts
