About the Role

What You'll Do

Act as the main point of contact for IT support across multiple global locations, providing timely and effective assistance to employees and contractors. Deliver both on-site and remote support, ensuring systems are operational and user issues are resolved efficiently.

Support new hires by leading weekly onboarding sessions, setting up devices, configuring accounts, and guiding them through initial access and tools. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals for both Windows and Apple platforms, applying strong diagnostic skills to resolve hardware and operating system issues.

Diagnose and resolve software problems across macOS and Windows environments. Address connectivity issues related to Wi-Fi, DNS, and local office networks. Provide reliable support for SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Chrome, ensuring users can collaborate without disruption.

Set up and maintain audiovisual systems for meeting rooms and company-wide events, ensuring seamless operation during critical gatherings. Perform basic administrative tasks in cloud platforms such as Okta, Confluence, and JIRA, supporting identity and access management workflows.

Document solutions and processes clearly and concisely, creating guides that are accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. Share insights with the global IT team to refine support practices, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery across regions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience supporting macOS and Apple hardware in professional environments
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows OS and common desktop software issues
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, DNS, and local network configurations
  • Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and similar SaaS platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Experience working in multinational organizations with distributed teams and cross-cultural communication
  • Ability to lift and transport standard IT equipment, including monitors and desktops
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities shift quickly
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and support time-sensitive initiatives outside standard hours
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks and adjust priorities as needed
  • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement beyond day-to-day support
