What You'll Do
Oversee the configuration and performance of cloud-based applications used across the organization, ensuring seamless integration and reliable operation. Implement automated processes for user provisioning, access control, and system lifecycle management to improve efficiency and security.
Administer AWS environments with additional support for Azure and GCP, focusing on availability, scalability, and cost-effective resource use. Work closely with engineering teams to uphold cloud security standards and governance policies across platforms.
Manage enterprise networking components including Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Meraki devices, and Netskope’s SASE solution. Maintain secure network configurations, monitor performance, and refine firewall rules to minimize risk exposure.
Lead identity management using Okta, configuring SSO, MFA, SAML, and SCIM integrations. Establish role-based access controls and support audit-ready identity governance through SailPoint IdentityNow and Identity Security Cloud.
Ensure systems comply with PCI DSS, SOC 1, and SOC 2 frameworks by maintaining documentation, audit trails, and control validations. Collaborate with security teams to implement and verify necessary compliance measures.
Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell and apply Infrastructure-as-Code practices to streamline operations. Use APIs to integrate and manage SaaS platforms efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering Okta and managing identity governance workflows
- Strong technical knowledge of AWS services; familiarity with Azure and GCP is beneficial
- Understanding of core networking principles including routing, switching, and VPNs
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Meraki, and SASE solutions such as Netskope
- Experience supporting compliance initiatives related to PCI DSS, SOC 1, and SOC 2
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Background integrating physical access control systems with identity platforms
- 3-5+ years in a SaaS, cloud, or systems administration role
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on security and operational integrity
- Excellent communication skills and experience working across technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Okta Certified Professional
- Additional credentials like CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, or CISM are a plus
