Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple hearings, associated deadlines, and administrative duties
- Prepare clients or witnesses for upcoming hearings and register them with state authorities
- Verify accuracy and timely submission of all employer-related documents for hearings
- Request hearing delays when employer representatives are unavailable
- Analyze outcomes to determine options for appealing unfavorable decisions
- File appeals and legal briefs at the Board of Review or Commission level
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and contribute innovative solutions to the team
