Experian is looking for an Unemployment Hearing Coordinator to manage multiple unemployment hearings and administrative tasks. In this fully remote role, you will prepare clients and witnesses, ensure accurate document submission, and analyze and submit appeals. You will report directly to the Senior Hearing Manager.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple hearings, deadlines, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare witnesses or clients for the hearing process and register them with state agencies.
- Ensure all employer documents are accurate and submitted on time for hearings.
- Request postponements when employer witnesses are unavailable.
- Provide analysis of potential further appeals on unfavorable hearing decisions.
- Submit appeals and briefs to the Board of Review or Commission level.
- Look for ways to improve processes and workflows, bringing new ideas to the team.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with unemployment claims and appeals processes.
- Demonstrated experience with state unemployment hearing rules, documentation requirements, and appeals processes.
- Proven experience explaining UI processes to clients, witnesses, and other teams.

You will report to the Senior Hearing Manager.

- Compensation range: $36,986 - $60,492, plus a bonus plan.
