Responsibilities
- Issue policies and endorsements
- Establish and maintain file documentation
- Verify account details for accurate system data input
- Generate, compile, and maintain required reports
- Perform initial policy rating or input into rating systems
- Handle a variety of underwriting-related transactions and requests
- Communicate with brokers to obtain information as directed by Underwriters
- Manage policy booking and invoicing processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery
- Complete additional tasks and special assignments as required
