Arch seeks an Underwriting Service Specialist to join our operations team. At Arch, our operations teams enable business growth by providing differentiated service with efficient processes. You'll ensure account service delivery meets and exceeds customer expectations by utilizing customer service skills, established processes, and various software applications to meet Service Level Agreements.
What You'll Do
- Issue policies and endorsements
- Document files and set up accounts
- Review account information for data entry into appropriate systems
- Order, prepare, and update reports
- Rate policies and perform initial entry into rating models
- Process various underwriting transactions and requests
- Correspond with brokers for information at the Underwriter’s request
- Handle booking and invoicing
- Coordinate services with other service units as needed
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned

- Compensation range: $55,300 - $71,900/year ($61,500 - $79,900/year for NYC/Jersey City, NJ)
