Responsibilities
- Carry out ultrasound scans to produce clear diagnostic images while prioritizing patient safety
- Set up and manage ultrasound machinery, ensuring consistent operational performance
- Share imaging results with doctors and work alongside healthcare providers to support treatment plans
- Keep detailed and up-to-date documentation of all patient procedures and exam records
- Inform patients about ultrasound processes and address their concerns or questions
- Remain current with emerging practices and technological improvements in ultrasound imaging
