Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a UK&I Senior Facilities Manager to lead business-as-usual operations across the region. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, financial stewardship, and exceptional client service in a dynamic real estate environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead business as usual (BAU) operations for the UK & Ireland region.
- Manage daily client activities, building strong, proactive relationships.
- Implement building procedures and performance measures, ensuring compliance.
- Promote best practices and develop better processes for on-site operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards to maintain property safety.
- Work collaboratively with functional leads to align their support with client needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for BAU operational concerns, following up promptly.
- Manage the region's budget, accounting, and financial operations.
- Work with the UK&I Lead on monthly budget reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes.
- Support team growth and development through training and coaching.
- Uphold a culture of collaboration, cooperation, and performance excellence.
What We're Looking For
- At least six to eight years' experience in facilities management.
- Experience managing multimillion-pound budgets and financial reporting.
- Solid background in contract management, budget supervision, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in health and safety requirements, vendor management, and property technical systems management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel through the region, sometimes with little notice.
