Donaldson Ibèrica Soluciones is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative (German & English) to manage customer purchase orders and build strong relationships with assigned accounts. You will support the DACH Sales Team in driving market growth by ensuring effective service and administrative support.
What You'll Do
- Process, monitor, and follow up on customer purchasing orders.
- Provide delivery commitments and track order activity, alerting customers and sales of any discrepancies.
- Manage invoice creation, corrections, and return of material activities.
- Receive and process customer inquiries on pricing, lead times, products, and availability.
- Coordinate internally with sales, logistics, finance, and production departments.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
- Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
- Flexibility, ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to changes.
- A pro-active attitude, ability to make decisions, and strong collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM systems.
