Responsibilities
- Set up and roll out Cisco Webex Calling environments
- Deploy Webex Calling systems with an emphasis on contact center functionality
- Participate in pre-sales, sales, and post-sales discussions about technical offerings
- Engage in internal, client-facing, and external support meetings related to project execution
- Join regular project update calls throughout the project lifecycle
- Familiarize with IT platforms used for client documentation and remote connectivity
- Work with clients to assess existing network layouts and document new telephony designs
- Set up Webex Control Hub environments
- Configure RedSky solutions for emergency calling support
- Enable call recording features when required
- Upgrade CUCM devices for migration to MPP and registration with Cisco Webex
- Deliver administrative training on Webex Control Hub to client teams
- Implement Teams Direct Routing PSTN connectivity using Session Border Controllers
- Serve as subject matter expert for SBCs, including AudioCodes, Ribbon, and Microsoft-certified configurations
- Manage SBC setup using PowerShell commands for Direct Routing integration
- Handle phone number administration and dial plan configuration in Teams
- Administer call routing logic and media settings
- Demonstrate knowledge of Media Bypass functionality
- Manage certificate services for Teams Direct Routing
- Establish architectural guidelines and operational procedures aligned with implemented solutions
- Act as lead engineer during after-hours system cutover activities
- Provide first-day business support and intensive post-go-live assistance before transitioning to ongoing operations
- Enforce security measures in line with industry standards and compliance requirements, in coordination with governance teams
- Offer on-call assistance to address urgent system outages or issues
