What You'll Do
Support the design and implementation of automated workflows using cloud-native tools. You'll write and maintain scripts to streamline operations, diagnose and resolve issues in existing automation, and contribute to secure system configurations. Your work will include researching effective approaches to development challenges and helping enforce access controls and security protocols across platforms.
You'll monitor system health, assist in vulnerability management, and stay current with advancements in DevOps practices. Regular documentation of processes and solutions is a key part of the role, ensuring knowledge is shared and systems remain maintainable.
Requirements
- Either a four-year degree in any discipline with strong IT aptitude, or at least two years of relevant IT experience
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell or Python
- Proven motivation to expand technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Functional English proficiency at B2 level or above
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Managed Service Provider environments
- Experience with Azure serverless technologies such as Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure SQL
- Familiarity with AWS equivalents like Lambda and Step Functions
- Background in Windows Server administration
- Track record of writing clear technical documentation
- Project involvement that includes requirement analysis and client communication
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative when needed
- At least six months of practical experience or personal projects using an object-oriented language like Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or C#
