We are looking for a skilled Trust & Safety Content Analyst with native-level proficiency in Italian to support the safety and integrity of our digital platform. In this role, you will review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and local regulations, focusing on accuracy, cultural context, and regional nuances.
Responsibilities
- Review reported content across various formats, including text, images, and video, to determine policy adherence
- Apply sound judgment to distinguish between acceptable expression and harmful or rule-breaking material
- Provide accurate, consistent decisions while working within defined safety frameworks
- Identify emerging trends in content violations and escalate critical issues promptly
- Collaborate with global teams to refine moderation policies and improve system performance
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Italian, with strong reading and writing skills
- Demonstrated experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or a related field
- Familiarity with online safety principles, misinformation patterns, and digital risks
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining high accuracy
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and awareness of regional online behaviors

- Experience working in multilingual or global environments
- Background in law, journalism, psychology, or social sciences
