What You’ll Do
- Act as attorney of record, drafting clear, compelling petitions tailored to each client’s profile
- Identify risks early and communicate case status with directness and consistency
- Guide clients through complex processes with empathy and strategic foresight
- Take full ownership of your caseload, including escalations and final outcomes
- Improve legal workflows by refining templates, processes, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Advise on client eligibility and recommend optimal immigration pathways
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
- Active license to practice law and a J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited institution
- A client-first mindset—where legal excellence and service quality are inseparable
- Strong judgment in ambiguous situations and the ability to navigate gray areas with precision
