HighLevel is seeking a Trial Experience Specialist - Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by directly managing and optimizing the trial experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end trial experience for potential customers
- Focus on converting trial users into paying customers to drive revenue growth
- Analyze trial user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align the trial process with business goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales, customer success, or trial management role
- Strong focus on metrics and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
