World Business Lenders, LLC is hiring a Treasury Manager to serve as the strategic steward of our treasury operations. This is a hands-on role for a leader who will design financing strategies, optimize liquidity, and partner closely with company leadership in our fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive risk management for liquidity, interest rate exposure, investments, and ventures.
- Oversee and optimize daily liquidity management, cash positioning, and forecasting.
- Develop and support financing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and rating agencies.
- Ensure accurate and timely cash position reconciliation, bank reporting, and payment approvals.
- Implement and continuously improve treasury controls, procedures, and internal systems.
- Lead treasury compliance, risk exposure analysis, and audit support.
- Evaluate funding structures and recommend strategic financing solutions.
- Supervise treasury operations within the existing 2-person team.
- Partner with Sales and Operations departments on payment analysis and approvals.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance.
- Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- A strong understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties, and fraud prevention.
- Experience with audit support, compliance requirements, and payment authorization workflows.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience with Sage.
- Familiarity with online payment platforms and programs.
- A strong understanding of treasury controls and financial reporting.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
- A detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree (MA, MS, or MBA).
- A professional certification such as CPA, CTP, or CFA.
- Continuing education in treasury management, risk management, or corporate finance.
