About the Role

Amegy Bank is looking for a Treasury Management Sales Consultant to join our team in Houston. In this role, you will identify and develop business activity, specializing in treasury management services. You'll contribute to the development of treasury management objectives and practices while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Provide primary servicing support for high-value, complex Treasury Management relationships within your portfolio.
  • Expand and build client relationships, maintaining a high level of satisfaction by generating, managing, and servicing treasury needs.
  • Track client-related issues to resolution and ensure they are resolved appropriately and expeditiously.
  • Escalate issues as necessary with bankers, management, and product/vendor management teams.
  • Properly align loan clients with treasury products that fit their ongoing needs.
  • Identify other client banking needs and partner with key stakeholders on cross-sell opportunities.
  • Facilitate onboarding of major client relationships or complex industry types.
  • Review sales, service, and implementation processes to recommend efficiencies.

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of banking, treasury management, banking/treasury products, and procedures is required.

Nice to Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, combined with over four years of experience in Treasury Management sales.
  • Local candidates are highly preferred, with knowledge of local networks and pipelines in Houston and its surrounding communities.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain major banking relationships.
