Responsibilities
- Apply structured methodologies to define, analyze, design, and implement business processes efficiently
- Lead projects independently and provide expert direction to professional teams
- Simplify complex organizational structures into clear, actionable workflows and foster effective project collaboration
- Develop detailed product breakdowns for large-scale initiatives with budgets ranging from 3 to 50 million euros
- Use BPM tools to model, simulate, and analyze business processes for optimization opportunities
- Advise clients on effective process design and digital transformation strategies
- Deliver training and ongoing support to users to ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Pursue personal development and engage in direct client communication
- Take ownership of subprojects, proactively seek guidance when needed, and manage client expectations
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 1-2 analysts within project teams
- Act as a representative of organizational values and culture
- Identify potential business development opportunities during project delivery and report them to the project manager
- Share insights and learnings gained during projects with internal teams
- Link client challenges to relevant service offerings to ensure comprehensive solutions
Requirements
