- Completion of a college diploma or university degree in business, finance, or accounting
- Strong analytical abilities, clear communication skills, and proficiency with computer applications
- Effective time management and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
- Collaborative mindset with curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new responsibilities

- Holdings in professional finance or accounting credentials such as CPA or CFA
