Responsibilities
- Direct daily field operations for electrical projects in commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities
- Manage and coordinate field personnel, including apprentices, journeymen, foremen, and subcontracted crews
- Implement production schedules, crew assignments, and task sequencing
- Act as the main point of contact on-site for project teams, general contractors, inspectors, and trade partners
- Promote and enforce a strict safety-first workplace culture
- Lead daily safety huddles, conduct job hazard assessments, and perform regular site safety checks
- Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, National Electrical Code, and local regulatory requirements
- Identify potential hazards early and implement corrective actions
- Review and apply construction blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and electrical diagrams
- Schedule and oversee inspections, material logistics, equipment placement, and subcontractor coordination
- Track project advancement relative to timelines and resolve field issues proactively
- Keep accurate records through daily reports, field logs, and digital production tracking systems
- Travel frequently to job locations across the country, including assignments requiring overnight stays
- Assist with initial project startup, scaling operations, and high-priority phases as needed
- Adjust rapidly to changing project sites, teams, and site-specific conditions
