About the Role

Responsibilities
- Install and configure hardware units at customer locations nationwide
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with field devices in varied environments
- Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal functionality
- Follow safety protocols during installation and repair operations
- Document service activities and report outcomes accurately
- Communicate with internal teams to coordinate deployments and repairs
- Respond to urgent service requests within defined timeframes
- Operate vehicles safely while transporting equipment between sites
- Calibrate sensors and cameras according to technical specifications
- Adapt to changing schedules driven by customer and operational needs
- Work in all weather conditions while maintaining service standards
- Ensure equipment is secured and functioning post-installation
- Escalate complex technical problems to engineering teams when needed
- Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts during assignments
- Follow compliance guidelines for data privacy and device handling
- Provide on-site training to customers on basic system operations
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues affecting device performance
- Replace faulty components using approved repair procedures
- Support pilot programs by deploying test units in new areas
- Track time and expenses accurately during travel assignments
- Use mobile applications to log work progress and updates
- Coordinate access permissions with site managers before installations
- Inspect installation sites for safety and technical feasibility
- Ensure all work meets quality assurance benchmarks
- Assist in refining field procedures based on real-world feedback
