Responsibilities
- Enforce company safety protocols on every project site.
- Oversee project lifecycle elements such as budgeting, timelines, procurement, and client updates.
- Collaborate with field supervisors and crews to align on-site work with project objectives.
- Act as the main联络 point for clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Perform regular site inspections to track progress and address emerging issues.
- Maintain accurate records including requests for information, submittals, change orders, and daily logs.
- Track financial performance by monitoring labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
- Lead regular field meetings and report project status to executive management.
- Ensure all electrical work meets NEC, local regulations, safety codes, and quality benchmarks.
- Anticipate risks and conflicts, then apply preventive measures.
- Manage project completion tasks such as final walkthroughs, documentation, and client delivery.
