Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries about travel options during evening shifts
- Assist in creating customized travel plans based on client preferences

- Resolve booking issues and changes efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill complex itineraries
- Stay informed about global destinations and travel trends
- Support customers through phone, email, and chat platforms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
- Follow up with clients before and after trips
- Process payments and manage booking confirmations
- Offer guidance on travel insurance and add-ons
- Handle last-minute changes or cancellations professionally
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

Work Schedule
- Shifts run from 5 PM to midnight, Sunday through Thursday
- Occasional weekend availability may be required
- Employees must be available for at least three evening shifts per week
Training Period
- Two weeks of paid onboarding and system training
- Shadowing experienced consultants during initial shifts
- Ongoing learning modules on travel products and policies
