- Manage and process flight bookings using the Amadeus Global Distribution System
- Handle the issuance, reissuance, and refunding of airline tickets with precision
- Deliver accurate fare quotations and promptly address booking complications
- Engage with travelers professionally through email, phone, and Zoom meetings
- Liaise with airlines and travel partners to manage itinerary adjustments and special accommodations
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records while adhering to established travel regulations
- Offer exceptional client support and tailor-made travel planning services
