RemoteVA PH is hiring a Travel Agent - Air Department Specialist. You will be responsible for managing flight reservations, issuing tickets, and providing high-quality customer service, specializing in air travel. Expertise with Amadeus GDS or similar systems is essential for this role.
What You'll Do
- Book and manage flight reservations using Amadeus GDS
- Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets accurately
- Provide fare quotes and resolve booking issues efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and Zoom
- Coordinate with airlines and vendors for schedule changes and special requests
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel policies
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized travel solutions
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air travel booking
- Strong understanding of fare construction, ticketing procedures, and airline policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in handling client interactions across multiple channels
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously

- Experience preferably using Amadeus GDS
