Voomi Supply is seeking a Transportation & Logistics Manager to oversee our network of national parcel carriers, regional delivery providers, same day services, LTL, and white glove operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering savings, providing operational oversight, leading a team, and scaling processes to support our rapid growth.

What You'll Do

Deliver savings by managing a P&L, identifying, executing, and monitoring new savings projects.
Manage daily shipping operations and carrier relationships across a large supplier base for B2B and B2C deliveries.
Lead and grow offshore resources; build the team based on business case.
Own shipping KPIs tracked in weekly leadership meetings with the CEO, covering operational and financial metrics.
Develop scalable processes and systems for rapid growth, leveraging technologies like rate shoppers, TMS, and freight audit.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for organizational goals.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in fulfillment, transportation, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in order management systems, SQL, Gsuite, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to Have

Manager experience preferred.
