Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments from various UK-based warehouses and production facilities through subcontracted transport providers
- Organize daily vehicle operations for both on-site and off-site fleet movements
- Respond to customer, carrier, and warehouse inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Collaborate with traffic management and administrative staff to uphold consistent service standards
- Develop, update, and manage databases and spreadsheets for client reporting purposes
- Identify operational issues and resolve arising concerns promptly
- Assist the fleet and driver training units as needed
- Conduct pre-shift and post-shift briefings for all driver assignments
- Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication across internal and external channels
