Requirements
- Work with the Carlisle Transport, Central and Network teams, to create an efficient transport plan using the latest TMS
- Planning orders from multiple warehouse facilities and manufacturing sites across the UK
- Planning on a time critical basis to achieve customer performance targets
- Reporting problems and dealing with issues and any queries that may arise
- Maintaining and exceeding agreed KPI’s
- Proactively look for continuous improvements
- Be able to make decisions under pressure and to a tight timescale
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business particularly at peak periods during the year
- Efficiently utilise the Stobart and Culina Group networks for support when volumes dictate
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and ability to succeed in a pressurised environment
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and accountability when working independently
- Customer focus on delivery performance
- Commercially and Financially astute and driven to deliver exceptional results
- Experience of using a TMS system
- Strong analytical and excel capability across standard formulas

- CPC Desirable but not required
- Experience of planning 20+ tractor units across multiple depots
