Responsibilities
- Plan, analyze, design, and secure permits for transportation, land use, infrastructure, parking, and master planning initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines, producing progress updates and documentation for scope changes.
- Collaborate with team members to assess project viability using initial data and update designs, reports, and specifications accordingly.
- Draft, revise, and finalize technical documents including proposals, studies, memos, and traffic impact assessments.
- Support business development by identifying potential opportunities and attending client acquisition meetings.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members working on transportation, planning, and parking assignments through coaching and skill development.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, internal teams, management, and cross-office disciplines.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or project leads.
