Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or a combination of education and relevant experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cost estimation, transmission and distribution systems, or utility construction projects
- Demonstrated experience in subcontractor coordination and contract negotiation
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards
Nice to Have
- Background in transmission, distribution, or utility infrastructure construction projects
- Skill in using Microsoft Office applications and estimating platforms such as Accubid, HCSS, or comparable tools
- Familiarity with project management principles or field operations in construction
- Prior experience collaborating with utility providers, cooperatives, or municipal agencies
