Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field, or a combination of education and relevant work background
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cost estimation, transmission and distribution systems, or utility construction projects
- Proven background in subcontractor coordination and contract negotiation
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history
Nice to Have
- Prior involvement in transmission, distribution, or utility infrastructure buildouts
- Skill in using Microsoft Office applications and estimating platforms such as Accubid, HCSS, or equivalent
- Familiarity with project management or hands-on field operations
- Experience collaborating with utility providers, cooperatives, or local government entities
