Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements with enterprise clients during digital transformation

- Deliver presentations and workshops to technical and executive audiences
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and solution fit
- Translate complex security concepts into clear business value propositions
- Guide clients through migration from legacy infrastructure to cloud platforms
- Develop reference architectures and implementation roadmaps
- Support proof of concept and pilot deployments
- Identify adoption barriers and recommend change management strategies
- Provide subject matter expertise on zero trust security models
- Coordinate with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud security trends and technologies
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and customer-facing materials
- Engage with partners to ensure solution compatibility and integration
- Drive customer success through post-sale enablement and training
- Monitor industry developments to inform strategic recommendations
- Support regional go-to-market initiatives with technical content
- Participate in customer onboarding and adoption reviews
