What You'll Do
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions for accuracy and compliance
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis
- Support month-end closing procedures with timely and accurate data entry
- Communicate with international stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and clarify documentation
- Maintain financial records in accordance with local and international reporting standards
Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written Italian or German, with professional experience using the language in a business context
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
- Experience with ERP systems and spreadsheet software
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of transactions efficiently
