Granite Towers Equity Group (GTEG) is hiring a Transaction Coordinator to manage the full contract-to-close process for our high-volume real estate investment business. You will be responsible for a large portfolio of simultaneous transactions and act as the main conduit for communication with sellers after a contract is signed.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full contract-to-close process for a high-volume real estate investment business.
- Handle 40–60 active transactions at a time across multiple U.S. states and title companies.
- Support an average of ~7 closings per month (volume ranges from 5–12 depending on month).
- Audit executed contracts for accuracy (pricing, dates, parties, inspection periods, assignment terms).
- Open title and manage ongoing communication with multiple title companies.
- Confirm assignment eligibility and ability to issue separate settlement statements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers post-contract.
- Conduct same-day seller introduction calls after contract signing (next business day if signed after hours).
- Maintain consistent seller communication: weekly updates for wholesale deals, bi-weekly updates for novations.
- Respond to seller calls, texts, and emails: same business day on weekdays, within 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
- Track all transaction deadlines, inspections, title items, and closing timelines.
- Proactively follow up on title commitments, lien resolution, and state-specific requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, walkthroughs, runners, photos, and videos across markets.
- Ensure photos and videos are completed within 4 days of contract signing.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, Slack, Asana, and internal tracking systems.
- Review settlement statements and manage closing logistics through clear-to-close with minimal oversight.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination, preferably for a high-volume investor or wholesaler.
- Ability to manage 40–60 active transactions simultaneously across multiple states.
- Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail and contract accuracy.
- Excellent and proactive communication skills for managing seller relationships and coordinating with title companies.
- Self-directed with the ability to track numerous deadlines and follow up proactively without oversight.
