About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing transaction timelines, coordinating with agents and clients, and maintaining accurate records throughout the real estate closing process.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage timelines for real estate transactions from contract to close
  • Communicate regularly with clients, agents, and title companies
  • Ensure all transaction documents are complete, signed, and properly filed
  • Track progress of inspections, appraisals, and financing approvals
  • Prepare and distribute closing checklists to relevant parties
  • Coordinate signing appointments and closing schedules
  • Resolve transaction obstacles quickly to avoid delays
  • Maintain accurate status updates in the company’s transaction management system
  • Follow up on outstanding conditions and contingencies
  • Assist in preparing closing packages for review
  • Verify receipt of signed documents and deliverables
  • Support compliance with company and industry standards
  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
  • Organize internal handoffs between departments
  • Provide status summaries during team meetings
  • Ensure consistency in client communication
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously without oversight loss
  • Update transaction databases with current milestones
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
  • Assist with post-closing documentation as needed

Compensation
