TensorOps seeks a Transaction Audit Specialist for a contract role supporting our audit and compliance efforts. You will review real estate transaction data and public records to spot patterns, uncover discrepancies, and piece together information critical for recovering lost revenue.
What You'll Do
- Review provided data sets and public real estate records to identify matching transactions or discrepancies.
- Compare names across data sets, identifying both exact and 'fuzzy' matches (e.g., William vs. Bill, Tony vs. Antonio).
- Investigate inconsistencies using our customer database and public web research.
- Prepare documents with clear, concise summaries of your findings and send communications to referral partner agents.
- Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality throughout all tasks.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for logic, data puzzles, and detail-oriented work.
- An advanced understanding of U.S. names, nicknames, and geography.
- Excellent written communication, organization of details, and independent time management.
- Ability to stay focused and accurate while handling repetitive, high-volume files, each with unique nuances.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Trello, Salesforce, and Email.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
