The Hershey Company is seeking a Training Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Director, you will lead the training department for our Granby and St-Hyacinthe manufacturing plants. Your primary mission is to maintain and deploy the excellence standards of the Learning and Development pillar across both locations.
What You'll Do
- Ensure your team maintains best training practices across both plants, including training follow-ups, probation monitoring, and onboarding for new employees.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop training plans for salaried and unionized positions.
- Design and develop training activities tailored to the needs of different organizational functions.
- Manage and adhere to the annual department budget.
- Represent both plants at corporate meetings for the Learning and Development pillar.
- Manage and develop the skills of your complete team.
- Support the implementation of the POKA training software.

- College or university diploma in a relevant field.
- Availability to work onsite at both plants.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing and unionized environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and self-assertion abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, versatility, and a developed sense of pedagogy.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingualism in English and French.

Team & Environment
You will lead a team of 7 employees, including training coordinators, training support agents, and a continuous improvement lead. You will report directly to the Continuous Improvement Director.
Work Mode
This role requires full-time onsite presence, splitting time between our facilities in Granby and St-Hyacinthe.
