Shape how teams learn and perform by leading training initiatives for medical claims and customer service advisors across global operations. In this role, you’ll design and deliver dynamic learning experiences that build expertise, ensure compliance, and elevate service quality in health insurance operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead instructor-led sessions—both in-person and virtual—for global teams, creating interactive learning environments that support knowledge retention and real-world application.
- Develop onboarding and training programs grounded in adult learning principles, tailored to the needs of medical claims assessors and call centre staff.
- Guide new hires through onboarding to accelerate proficiency and integration into operational workflows.
- Partner with instructional design professionals to produce and refine training materials, e-learning modules, and reference resources.
- Run realistic voice simulations, call reviews, and role-playing exercises using actual claims scenarios to build practical skills.
- Keep training content current with evolving regulations, IT systems, and business processes.
- Support monthly training cycles aimed at closing knowledge gaps and improving team performance.
- Assess training effectiveness using feedback and performance data to inform ongoing improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex claims and operational procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in medical claims, health insurance operations, or clinical review roles such as nursing, medical coding, or utilization management.
- At least two years delivering formal training in classroom or virtual settings.
- Educational background in Learning & Development, HR, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.
Preferred Background
- Experience in multi-market or international health insurance environments.
- Arabic language proficiency.
