Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is seeking a Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate to plan, coordinate, provide, and evaluate entry-level, advanced, and continuing education on the clinical computer system for staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. You will serve as a key liaison among end users to resolve training issues.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to and manage small to medium projects within your assigned area.
- Deliver quality training aligned to your credentials and certifications, providing additional education and support as needed.
- Revise curriculum, lesson plans, exercise booklets, and assessments for your assigned application area.
- Assist with configuring the training environment to align with training needs.
- Create eLearning modules to support established curricula.
- Assist with training and credentialing additional classroom trainers.
- Participate in collaboration between training resources, IT analysts, Clinical Informatics, and IT leadership to maintain and improve training quality.
- Understand and demonstrate the AHN Core Behaviors.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
- A valid driver’s license.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a health or allied health-related field.
- Experience using electronic health record systems.
- General IT experience.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation Range: $25.10-$40.48 per hour.
