General Logistics Systems US, Inc. (GLS US) is looking for a Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs that support organizational performance. This role will primarily focus on enabling our sales teams with the skills needed to drive revenue growth, while also providing training support to other departments.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs, covering new hires, product knowledge, systems, and sales techniques.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions across multiple locations.
- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, job aids, and e-learning content.
- Measure training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Support cross-functional training initiatives for departments such as Customer Experience (CX) and Operations as needed.
- Maintain training documentation and ensure materials remain current with company processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and learning strategies.
- Perform other tasks beyond those explicitly listed in this role.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Sales training, Learning & Development, or Sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience facilitating training sessions in both virtual and in-person environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of leadership.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
- Ability to work through prolonged periods of sitting and/or driving.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites and other locations.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of a motor vehicle.
- Ability to exercise discretion in decision-making and maintain strict confidentiality concerning vendor, employee, and company proprietary information.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
