General Logistics Systems US, Inc. is hiring a Training Specialist

This role is responsible for developing and leading comprehensive training initiatives with a primary focus on Sales, while also supporting Customer Experience and operational teams. You will design and deliver dynamic learning programs that enhance employee capabilities, improve performance, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate training programs covering onboarding, product knowledge, sales methodologies, systems use, and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to assess skill gaps and align training with strategic business goals
  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across multiple locations
  • Create and maintain training resources, including presentations, job aids, and digital learning modules
  • Evaluate training impact using assessments, feedback, and performance data
  • Support organization-wide learning needs, including CX and operations teams, as required
  • Keep training materials up to date with current processes and best practices
  • Continuously refine training approaches to improve effectiveness and engagement
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support learning and development objectives

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to work full-time, including potential overtime. The role may involve lifting up to 20 pounds, repetitive hand and arm movements, and extended periods of sitting or driving. Travel to various sites is required, and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurability is necessary when operating a vehicle for work. Discretion and confidentiality are essential when handling sensitive company, vendor, and employee information.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years in sales training, learning & development, or sales enablement
  • Familiarity with sales cycles, KPIs, and customer engagement strategies
  • Proven experience delivering training in both live and virtual settings
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage with all levels of leadership

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role requiring both in-office and remote work. Regular travel to different locations is expected to support training delivery.
