As a Training & Onboarding Specialist in Marketing Technology, you'll play a central role in helping enterprise marketing teams successfully adopt a modern workflow automation platform. Your focus will be on guiding clients through onboarding, delivering effective training, and building resources that drive lasting proficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding initiatives for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth adoption of automation tools.
- Design and facilitate interactive workshops and cohort-based learning experiences.
- Break down complex technical workflows into clear, actionable guidance tailored for marketing professionals.
- Develop and continuously improve enablement materials, including playbooks and best practices.
- Provide hands-on support with CRM integrations, campaign automation, and performance reporting using platforms like HubSpot.
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of experience in marketing operations, client onboarding, or enablement—preferably in SaaS or agency settings.
- Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, especially HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python is required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with a track record of leading client-facing sessions.
