Renewal by Andersen of Boise is looking for a Training & Methodology Manager to own the design and continuous improvement of training frameworks for our Non-Traditional Marketing teams. You will create impactful training resources, observe field execution, and ensure our programs are scalable and effective across all markets.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain comprehensive training programs for Non-Traditional Marketing teams, covering entry-level marketers through leadership roles.
- Develop and update core resources including New Hire Training, intermediate marketer development, talk tracks, leadership progression guides, and performance management frameworks.
- Ensure training content remains consistent, effective, and scalable across all markets.
- Conduct field observation days to evaluate training adoption and effectiveness, observing pitching techniques, coaching interactions, and operational processes.
- Adjust training strategies and materials based on real-world insights and evolving market conditions.
- Partner with local and senior leadership to build development programs for marketers and team leaders.
- Support leaders in tracking and improving key performance metrics.
- Collaborate on strategies that strengthen overall team performance and training consistency.
- Partner with Sales, ISC, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment between marketing activities and downstream team success.
- Ensure all training programs support overarching organizational goals and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Senior Non-Traditional Marketing Manager, collaborating closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional departments.
