PCCW is looking for a Training Executive to own the development and delivery of learning programs across the organization. In this role, you will design, deliver, and coordinate training for diverse audiences, ensuring content is effective, engaging, and meets business needs.

What You'll Do

Design and deliver engaging training through classroom workshops, virtual sessions, and video-based modules.
Develop and maintain high-quality materials including slides, playbooks, digital job aids, and quick reference guides.
Produce learning videos from filming and editing to creating story-driven, engaging content.
Coordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, communications, and participant management.
Partner with key stakeholders to assess training needs and co-deliver relevant sessions.
Measure and report on training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Continuously enhance content based on feedback, business changes, and performance insights.

What We're Looking For

Higher Diploma graduate in Business Administration, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
Confident communicator capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and propose targeted learning solutions.
Hands-on experience in video production (filming and editing) with a creative storytelling approach.
Strong understanding of frontline sales operations and in-store challenges.

Nice to Have

Experience preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
Familiarity with social media or digital content creation. A personal portfolio is an advantage.
Interest in, or experience using, AI tools for training development and content creation.
