Responsibilities: - Consult with clients to assess their training needs and develop bespoke training solutions. - Design effective training programs that align with the latest industry standards and client expectations. - Facilitate engaging training sessions that deliver both knowledge and practical skills. - Actively seek and secure new business opportunities, contributing to sales growth. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance service offerings. - Provide expert advice on the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role. - Strong background in designing and implementing successful training programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to network and negotiate with potential clients. - Knowledgeable in current training trends and industry demands. - Flexibility to work on various projects with different teams. Compensation: - Competitive hourly rate plus commission on generated sales.
