Millennium Healthcare Management Serv LLC is hiring a Trainer, Clinical Excellence to provide on-the-job coaching and training for clinical, clerical, and provider positions. Your primary focus will be teaching specific knowledge areas to drive medical margin and improving provider experience on Mosaic's platforms through data analysis and workflow enhancements.
What You'll Do
- Travel to all practice locations, including newly acquired sites, to deliver impactful training, observe operations, and validate efficiencies.
- Facilitate remote training sessions and lead interactive workshops for new providers.
- Conduct hands-on observations of clinic workflows to provide actionable feedback for monthly reporting and organizational goals.
- Review provider notes and communication to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Create and deliver educational materials to implement new and updated workflows using Mosaic's EMR.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to identify skill gaps and provide targeted support aligned with best practices.
- Engage in regular skill assessments and coaching improvement sessions for ongoing professional development.
- Partner with Super Users to provide coaching and support, equipping them to train their peers.
- Offer comprehensive support to established offices through both remote assistance and onsite guidance.
- Work alongside Quality, Risk, and Coding Educators to support Value-Based Programs.
- Maintain clear communication with the Supervisor, relaying concerns from office staff regarding workflows.
- Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements that could positively impact provider experiences.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess coaching needs through metrics, reports, and discussions.
- Work closely with Learning & Development, Integrations, Innovation, and Clinical Systems teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to request and develop new or updated coaching materials.
- Serve as an exemplary role model for new clinical and clerical staff, demonstrating adherence to best practices.
- Work collaboratively with staff during integration training, providing support and troubleshooting workflows.
- Compile and report findings from all coaching and site visits, delivering comprehensive status reports.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills when interacting with internal team members and patients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in a medical practice organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong understanding of Value-Based programs (e.g., HCC, Quality Measures).
- Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and expanding personal knowledge base.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to inspire and engage learners.
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for learners' needs.
- High levels of empathy and an understanding of effective teaching methodologies.
- Willingness to stay updated on new teaching techniques.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Requires travel of up to 80% of the time.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations as they arise.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree.
- CMA/RMA or LPN credentials.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $19.00 to $23.75 per hour.
