DACHSER SE is looking for a Trainer to drive the development of our warehouse teams. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for enhancing the skills and processes of our commercial warehouse personnel across our facilities in D-81677 Munich and D-85716 Unterschleißheim.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal training for commercial warehouse personnel.
- Evaluate and prepare various statistics for commercial employees to support quality assurance and optimization.
- Implement projects in the transshipment warehouse focused on digitalization and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and derive corresponding corrective measures.
- Oversee the accompaniment and onboarding of new commercial employees.
- Ensure compliance with process and DACHSER quality standards.
- Supervise warehouse teams, analyze logistics processes, and serve as the direct point of contact for employee questions and problems.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed vocational training – ideally as a logistics master (m/f/d), specialist (m/f/d) for warehouse logistics, or freight forwarding and logistics services merchant.
- Experience in a freight forwarding / transshipment operation.
- Multi-year professional experience in warehouse operations and handling industrial trucks like forklifts and order pickers.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
