Tecpetrol is looking for a Trainee to join the Supply Chain team at our Buenos Aires offices. In this foundational role, you will support key operational processes, track development programs, and contribute to performance and budget analysis.
What You'll Do
- Track the execution of company development programs, with a focus on ProPymes.
- Analyze and propose improvements to action tracking and performance dashboards.
- Monitor the execution of the ProPymes Training Plan and its associated dashboard.
- Maintain and propose improvements to training plan action tracking mechanisms.
- Contribute to monitoring the current budget and propose improvements to the procedure and management dashboard.
- Contribute to monitoring and improving the Supplier Communications and Performance Management Book.
What We're Looking For
- Industrial Engineering degree.
- Business Administration degree.
- Accounting degree.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Buenos Aires.
