What You'll Do
- Follow up and monitor sales performance within your assigned territory.
- Implement and execute all strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies.
- Maintain discipline and punctuality in meeting all internal process timelines.
- Perform effectively during in-clinic activities and visits.
- Generate and develop business through science-based discussions to promote Abbott's product portfolio.
- Execute customer management plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of all customers as scheduled.
What We're Looking For
- A fresher with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Any Science Graduate degree.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email exchanges.
- A fast learner who is adaptable to evolving market conditions.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and the local language.
- A foundational understanding and the ability to explain basic anatomy, physiology, and the product portfolio.
