As a Trainee in New Product Development, you’ll play an active role in shaping the future of pet nutrition. Working alongside a diverse R&D team, you’ll support both regional and international initiatives, helping to move new products from concept to market through close collaboration with Marketing, Purchasing, and Manufacturing departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform product innovation
- Assist in designing palatability trials and interpreting performance data
- Maintain and update product specifications in internal databases
- Prepare regulatory and consumer-facing labels
- Review master formulations and packaging designs for accuracy and compliance
What We’re Looking For
You’re currently enrolled in a degree program in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology, or a related scientific discipline. You must be able to formalize your placement through an academic internship agreement. Success in this role requires initiative, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.

- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of French, Italian, or Portuguese is an asset
