PERFORMANCE ONE is hiring a Trainee Data Scientist (m/w/x) to start immediately. In this full-time role, you will be introduced to diverse areas of data science, helping to create a solid data foundation for our clients and deriving meaningful action recommendations through comprehensive analyses.
What You'll Do
- Process and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and apply insights to client business models.
- Support the conception and execution of exploratory data analyses using advanced methods.
- Take initial responsibility for conducting smaller sub-projects.
- Assist in project planning and the creation of briefings.
- Contribute to pitches and create customer presentations.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed degree in Business Administration/Management, Data Science, Sociology, Mathematics, or Psychology.
- Programming skills in Python.
- Ability to explain or present complex matters in a simple way.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, especially in handling data and statistical modeling.
- High willingness to learn new software, tools, and methods for complex tasks.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- First professional experience in a similar field.
