WPP Media is hiring a Resource Management Specialist for its Global Operations Centre (GOC). In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia, delivering high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. You will be responsible for strategic resource management and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain comprehensive resource allocation strategies using advanced tracking systems.
Conduct strategic analysis of resource capacity and demand forecasting.
Make data-driven decisions for optimal talent placement across global markets.
Execute timely updates of resource allocations in tracking systems.
Manage and update HR lifecycle changes including new hires, resignations, and special leave arrangements.
Process and integrate new demand requests into resource planning frameworks.
Prepare and distribute monthly executive reports using PowerBI analytics and tracking data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resource strategies with business objectives.
Build comprehensive knowledge of regional markets, resources utilization, and specific business requirements.
Coordinate set-up calls for individual team members and the PP Manager to establish operational awareness of each person’s skillsets, career aspirations, and development needs.
Identify opportunities for strategic resource optimization and team development.

What We're Looking For

2 to 3 years of background in resource management or a related field (not workforce planning).
Bachelor’s degree.
Advanced English level (B2–C2).
Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills.
Data analysis and reporting experience.
