About the Role

WPP Media is hiring a Resource Management Specialist for its Global Operations Centre (GOC). In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia, delivering high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. You will be responsible for strategic resource management and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive resource allocation strategies using advanced tracking systems.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of resource capacity and demand forecasting.
  • Make data-driven decisions for optimal talent placement across global markets.
  • Execute timely updates of resource allocations in tracking systems.
  • Manage and update HR lifecycle changes including new hires, resignations, and special leave arrangements.
  • Process and integrate new demand requests into resource planning frameworks.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly executive reports using PowerBI analytics and tracking data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resource strategies with business objectives.
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of regional markets, resources utilization, and specific business requirements.
  • Coordinate set-up calls for individual team members and the PP Manager to establish operational awareness of each person’s skillsets, career aspirations, and development needs.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic resource optimization and team development.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 3 years of background in resource management or a related field (not workforce planning).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced English level (B2–C2).
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience.
