BuchhaltungsButler is seeking a Data Analyst & Growth Marketing Manager to join its dynamic SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cross-channel growth strategy and conducting data-driven experiments to fuel our expansion. This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote or hybrid from our Berlin office.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement a cross-channel growth strategy across channels like SEO, SEA, Paid Social, and Email.
Plan and execute data-driven experiments, including A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and funnel improvements.
Build and scale performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, managing budgets with agency support.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize the entire user lifecycle.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development and growth marketing, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Datastudio.
An independent, experimental working style with a passion for testing ideas and learning quickly.
Fluency in both German and English.

Nice to Have

Experience with financial accounting, payroll accounting, or similar tasks.
