At accantec group, we are looking for a Business Unit Lead SAP BI to take full ownership of our SAP BI practice. You will be responsible for building and growing the unit, leading a team, and steering innovative customer projects in the SAP analytics domain.

What You'll Do

Build and expand the Business Unit SAP BI, covering SAP BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Take full personnel and staffing responsibility for internal and external team members.
Be responsible for the training and sustainable skill development of your team.
Handle presales activities, planning, and steering of SAP BI customer projects.
Act as Lead Consultant for the design and implementation of innovative analytics and BI platforms.
Serve as Product Owner and primary point of contact for the SAP BI product portfolio.

What We're Looking For

Several years of consulting experience in SAP BI projects.
Independent, entrepreneurial thinking and action.
Leadership strength and proven experience in building and developing an SAP BI team.
Presales strength with a track record of building long-term customer relationships.
An existing network within the SAP BI consulting environment.
Clear, conceptual ideas for expanding and building up an SAP BI business unit.
Technical competence in the SAP BI environment, including SAP BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Secure German and English language skills in speech and writing.
A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar relevant professional experience.
Flexibility and a certain willingness to travel based on customer projects.

Nice to Have

Professional experience in leading an SAP BI business unit within a consulting environment.
